The stretch marks must be considered as real scars. This imperfection of the skin affects the majority of women and is more common on the hips, buttocks, abdomen and on the breast. There are no therapies that can absolutely resolve this problem, but the use of the fractional non-ablative laser of 1565 nm for the stretch marks’ treatment can lead to a considerable improvement of their appearance. Can be treated as red (recent) stretch marks, as white (old).

PRECAUTIONS BEFORE TREATMENT

Avoid sun exposure and UV lamp exposure for 30 days before treatment, not to take antibiotics or other photosensitizing medications, apply SPF 50+ sun protection for at least 15 days before the first treatment (in case of the treatments of the sun exposed areas)

PRECAUTIONS AFTER TREATMENT

Avoid sun exposure of the treated areas, regularly apply moisturizing creams
